MSG networks knowledge trance due to ‘technical difficulties’

UPDATE: At 5:18 p.m., MSG Networks tweeted, “We are making swell and the diversion is back for many carriers. If you are still experiencing difficulties, conduct to msggo.com.”

The Rangers and Knicks have both been tough to watch as of late.

On Sunday, they became literally unwatchable.

MSG Networks gifted widespread and extended technical problems starting just before 3 p.m. Sunday on both its categorical channel and MSG+.


If you wanted to watch the Rangers on Sunday, you were out of luck.

The Rangers’ diversion at the Jets started at 3 p.m. and was scheduled to air on MSG+, but many opposite the New York area were incompetent to watch the game, citing solidified pictures and audio problems. The outage continued by 5 p.m., when the Knicks sloping off against the Pacers in Indianapolis.

“We are now experiencing an outage for MSG+ channels on some wire providers,” the MSG Networks Help comment wrote on Twitter at 2:51 p.m.. “We are operative on a fix for this issue and will refurbish business once resolved. We apologize for this.”

About an hour later, the comment tweeted again: “We are still operative to solve the issue business are experiencing with the networks. We apologize for this and will refurbish the hoop once we have a resolution.”

Sixteen mins after that, the network supposing another update: “We are still experiencing technical problems with audio/picture for MSG/MSG+ opposite mixed providers are operative to resolve. We apologize for this inconvenience.”

As of 5 p.m., MSG and MSG+ were still displaying the same blunder message: “This channel is now experiencing technical difficulties. We are operative with the provider to help solve the issue. Thank you for your patience.”

At 4:40 p.m., the MSG Network central Twitter comment wrote, “As we work to solve technical problems – @NYRangers fans balance in to 1050am and @nyknicks fans balance in to 98.7fm. We will continue to refurbish as the conditions evolves.” Fans could watch the diversion by MSG’s streaming app, MSG Go.

The Rangers entered Sunday having lost 10 of their last 14 games. They’ve depressed to last place in the Metropolitan Division and are in position for a fire sale forward of the Feb. 26 trade deadline.

The Knicks’ streamer scorer Kristaps Porzingis tore his ACL last week. They had lost 5 games in a quarrel streamer into their diversion against the Pacers.

If you were trying to watch possibly of these teams Sunday, that’s commitment.
