A man has been accused of kicking an eight-week-old puppy so tough that its viscera detonate out.
Animal rights activists were called in after the two-month-old puppy died following a sustained attack in Nagpur, Maharashtra State, Western India.
Horrified counsel Karnika Pandey, 25, called for help following the purported incident, which killed the puppy she was adopting.
She claims that company executive Abhishek Ingle, 30, who is accused of the crime, also grappled with her and ripped her clothing.
Shocking pictures of the puppy seemed on social media showing how it had been hit so tough that its colon and stomach had been forced out.

Pandey claims Ingle had objected to her adopting the puppy in the disdainful housing estate after she found it with an harmed leg.
She accused Ingle of snatching the dog and then kicking it to death.
The mad counsel told internal media: ‘Abhishek took divided the puppy in his automobile and despite my steady attempts, his mom did not give me his write number.’

Animal rights romantic Aparna Modak – called in to examine by Pandey – explained: ‘I stopped the automobile and incited back. But the person, who we after identified as Ingle, fled.
‘The intent he was kicking was a puppy which was passed and fibbing dismembered.’
Pandey told internal media: ‘We had an evidence during which he physically abused me.’
Police arrested Ingle and after expelled him on 15,000 INR (£174) bail.
He was charged with animal cruelty.
