A veteran poker player was killed instantly when her automobile crashed into a petrify post as she done her way to a tournament.
Emma Fryer was just hours divided from competing in her first World Series contest in the Czech Republic.
She had been using her mobile to navigate as her crony gathering them along a twin carriageway in complicated fog. Her phone’s GPS unsuccessful to mark the devious and they tragically ploughed into it.
The mum-of-two, from Alsager, Cheshire, was ‘the happiest she had ever been’ in the two months before the comfortless accident.
The 48-year-old had distinguished her daughter Gemma Sale’s marriage just 7 weeks ago and last month detected Gemma was profound with her first grandchild.
Emma recently left her pursuit to start her poker career and had already won the certainty of sponsors to financially back her.
She was travelling to the contest in Rozvadov on Nov 5 when the collision happened at 3am.
Mum, Sheila Waring, 60, trafficked to the Czech Republic with Emma’s sister Sally, 38, and younger daughter Jessica, 18.
Sheila said: ‘She was the happiest she had ever been in her life. She was so vehement to turn a gran and she would have been the best there was.
‘She doted on her children and the grandchildren would really have been spoiled.
‘She desired poker and was commencement to do really well. Everyone on the debate pronounced it was going to be her breakthrough year.’
Emma’s sister Sally pronounced the family don’t censure the motorist as he was not speeding or drinking.
She said: ‘It’s just a comfortless accident.
‘If the GPS had picked up the devious she would still be here, but they could not see that it was there since of the fog.’
The motorist is still in hospital and the family pronounced they are praying he creates a full recovery.
Emma worked for bet365 for 13 years while personification poker in her gangling time, but went full time after the company changed jobs abroad.
She fast determined herself, racking up career loot of £75,000 in just 3 months.
Sally said: ‘She called herself the Poker Queen for a bit of fun, but when she started winning it stuck and other people called her that.’
Partner Garry Morris and Emma’s sisters Sally and Liz, 32, have done arrangements for her physique to be flown home on Nov 15.
Emma also leaves behind younger hermit Steven.
