A man claims he nude exposed and groped a woman’s bottom in the womanlike changing bedrooms at a gym since his protein shakes left him ‘confused and disorientated’.
Sean Bigby crept up behind the swimmer and brushed her against her bum while she cleared her hands.
A justice listened the 35-year-old, who has two children, had taken testosterone and protein supplements after his examination at Clissold Leisure Centre in Stoke Newington, north-east London.
However, he certified the passionate attack and was given an 11-month village sequence and told him to compensate £1,200 charge costs and £750 remuneration to the victim.
Sentencing at the Old Bailey on Friday, Judge Karim Khalil also imposed a confining sequence and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which bars Bigby from returning to the convenience centre and from contacting the victim for 5 years.
Bigby wandered into the womanlike changing room exposed and overwhelmed the victim last November.
She told him to ‘f*** off’ and alerted a lifeguard, the justice heard. Bigby was after identified from CCTV footage.
Alexander Taylor-Camara, defending, pronounced the attack was out of impression and came as Bigby, from Hackney, easterly London, was holding ‘medication to support his gym activity’.
‘The reduction he was holding may have total not to make his mental state the best. He told me he wasn’t wakeful primarily of the lady and, having turn aware, then brushed past her,’ Mr Taylor-Camara added.
