President Trump’s administration expelled a first budget on Thursday, and it includes proposals to condense sovereign funding.
The bill proposes to cut off appropriation to 19 sovereign agencies — amounting to about $3 billion — including a National Endowment for a Humanities and a Corporation for National and Community Service, that administers a AmeriCorps program.
The due bill deals with discretionary spending and contingency pass by a Republican-controlled Congress before it can be enacted.
