A Georgia man accused of trying to “steal” a lady he was communicating with online, soak her and then force her to be his wife, has been charged.
Kung Bik Cem, 19, gathering from Lifeway Baptist University where he’s a tyro in Jacksonville, Fla., to Southport, Ind., where the victim was attending her cousin’s marriage on Mar 25.
Cem, of Tucker, Ga., is charged with attempted rape, rapist capture and theft.
He and the victim began communicating by Facebook a couple of weeks ago. They had never met in person. The victim then told police she tried to omit Cem, but he wouldn’t leave her alone, according to justice papers obtained by News10.
Cem systematic the victim into his Chevrolet Camaro after he snatched her dungeon phone since he wanted to know because she had stopped responding his calls and messages. He also wanted to see if she had photos of him as explanation that “she still desired him,” papers state.
The victim, who pronounced she had no enterprise to see Cem, suspicion he would return her phone, but he gathering off instead. The victim then grabbed the steering circle and tried to put the rigging in park, call Cem to lift over on southbound Interstate 65, according to justice documents.
As the victim tried to escape, Cem incarcerated and forced her into the back chair where he tried to rape her, papers state.
Indiana State Trooper Joseph Malone responded to the stage and found Cem on top of the victim with his pants down. Malone “forcibly removed” him from the victim and placed him in handcuffs.
Cem was booked into Johnson County Jail and expelled Thursday after posting $19,000 bail. His justice coming is on May 11, the Indy Star reported.
