We got a look inside a $20 million unit in the latest skyscraper to dramatically change Manhattan’s skyline

Madison Square Park Tower is changing Manhattan’s skyline. The 65-story potion skyscraper is the tallest in its Flatiron District neighborhood, and since of several zoning laws surrounding it, its illusory views will never be obstructed. While the building won’t be entirely finished until 2018, 70% of the units have already sold, according to skill developer Bruce Eichner.
