The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman has reliable a crossover coming is in the works with spin-off show Fear The Walking Dead.
Announcing the news on The Walking Dead row at New York Comic-Con, Robert Kirkman was asked the doubt every fan of both shows has asked given the spin-off dawned in 2015.
Asked the doubt once some-more by horde Chris Hardwick, Kirkman said: ‘I’m really vehement since we get this doubt all the time. We wanted these shows to have their own legs and now we’re at this place with Fear The Walking where we can play with some things.
‘There are two Walking Dead shows, there is one character, who we will not name, who is going to go from one show and seem in the other, which we will not name.’
Teasing the assembly over his miss of details, Kirkman added: ‘But what does that mean? Timelines – how does that work?
‘Are we going to see an engaging backstory of a Walking Dead character? Or are we going to see a Fear The Walking Dead impression seem in the future in The Walking Dead? Or is it going to be something totally opposite from that?’
Kirkman settled we’ll be conference ‘more news on that front’ soon, but naming where or when.
But how could it work? It could positively be an engaging way to broach Negan’s backstory, but competence annoy fans who haven’t indulged themselves in the spin-off.
It could be a good event to strength out a impression who isn’t so much in the spotlight, like Enid, Rosita or Jesus.
Or it could simply turn an advert for Fear The Walking Dead by bringing in one of their characters into the mainline show, which competence be the many asocial option.
