If you’re wanting a bit of a giggle of an dusk that Mitchell and Webb’s Back has finished, then demeanour no serve than GameFace.
With the likes of comedies Chewing Gum, Fleabag and The Pact, the ladies are bossing it when it comes to comedy.
Roisin Conaty is set to join those ranks with her self-penned sitcom, which she also stars in as determined singer Marcella, who can’t utterly get her s**t together, either it’s work, family or her adore life.
Hopefully with the help of her mates, her life-coach and her unbelievably studious pushing instructor (who we totally ship with Marcella by the way) she can start improving her life.
In this clip from part one though, things don’t get off to a good start as Marcella tries to go pushing true after work – which would be fine…if she wasn’t dressed as a fairy.

Although there are distant some-more distinguished women in comedy, Roisin says that there is still a bit of a way to go before it stops being a ‘boys club’.
She said: In the past, we couldn’t even get on row shows. Men would get shows if they’d had a good gig. Women had to have been nominated for an endowment before they could get on. That’s all changed, and it’s still changing. We still have a way to go. But it’s a super-exciting time.’
GameFace starts tonight at 9pm on E4.
