P Diddy’s lawyers have responded to the lawsuit filed by his former chef.

Cindy Rueda filed a lawsuit in May accusing the 47-year-old star of grouping her to offer him dishes immediately after he’d had sex while he was naked, and she claims she was fired for speaking up about it.
But his lawyers have now hit back at her wrongful termination allegation, insisting her fit was ‘infected with distortions, omissions and undisguised falsehoods.’
Lawyer Orin Snyder wrote in a minute to Cindy’s lawyers that was filed in justice on Friday Jul 7: ‘Combs enterprises will not be extorted…Your motives are clear: To bluster to slander and assail the reputation of the client in the hopes of extracting a settlement. This smacks of bad faith – and worse.’
Rueda claimed in her lawsuit she was ‘regularly summoned by Mr. Combs to ready and offer entrees and appetizers to him and his guest while Mr. Combs and/or his guest were intent in or immediately following passionate activity.’
She also claimed: ‘Mr. Combs was exposed and [he] done comments about his body,’ adding that he asked whether: ‘she was captivated to or favourite his exposed body.’
The ready says she was sacked after angry and was asked to leave on May 8 2016.
She is suing for passionate harassment, antagonistic work sourroundings as good as other workplace-related claims.
However, P Diddy’s reps have hit back at the claims, revelation Metro.co.uk: ‘This is a lawsuit by a discontented ex-employee who was fired for cause.’
