Lily Allen has sparked outrage after tweeting about ‘f*gs’.
The thespian has been criticised by many of her supporters after using the homophobic offence on social media.
Allen was retweeting a couple from Gay Times about her anti-Donald Trump anthem, which featured a picture of a protester holding up a poster that read: ‘f*gs hatred Trump’.

The cocktail star used the same summary in her caption, which led to a mad recoil from fans.
One said: ‘Please don’t impute to us as F*GS. We are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender if anyone has to be labeled.”
Another fumed: ‘Sis, you literally had no reason to use a offence here. Do better.’
One asked: ‘Please don’t collectively call us “fags”. Some of us don’t mind; but some of us hatred it. Would you use the “N” word collectively?’
