ASOS has finished many bizarre and smashing things to the universe of fashion.

They introduced us to the ideal appendage for every occasion: the dinosaur tail. They gave men the chokers their necks were vagrant for.

This stylish hospital wardrobe creates cancer patients demeanour as good as feel better

And now, they’ve taken the classic, cold person piece to new heights. By adding a f***ing large stormy sash. Sure.

ASOS’s latest ‘seriously, guys?’ item, as first beheld by Racked, is the ‘ASOS T-shirt with cleared rope imitation and farfetched ruffle’.

This is a rope T-shirt – not a genuine band, to be transparent – with a jazzy lilac scatter wrapped opposite the body.

Why? We honestly have no idea.

Why would someone wish to wear a T-shirt celebrating a rope that doesn’t exist? Why would they then wish to cover up that feign rope with a ruffle?

Why would someone compensate £25 to do so?

The only judicious answer is that this is designed to be interconnected with clear knee mom jeans and the dinosaur tail, as a thespian greeting to minimalism.

Or: fashion. Fashion is the answer as prolonged as the doubt is ‘WHY?’.

This is the universe we now live in. A universe of extreme crop tops and scatter T-shirts.

The good news is that this ~look~ is simply recreated by slinging an old tutu over any rope tees you occur to have fibbing around.
