American comedian Ralphie May has died aged 45.
The comedian died at a private chateau in Vegas on Friday morning where his physique was detected following a cardiac arrest.
In a matter supposing to Metro.co.uk, Ralphie’s repute said: ‘Ralphie had been battling pneumonia and had cancelled a handful of dates over the last month in an bid to recover.
‘Earlier this morning at a private chateau in Las Vegas his physique was discovered, means of death is cardiac arrest.’
Two days prior, Ralphie won the Casino Comedian Of The Year endowment at the Global Gaming Expo and had performances scheduled via the residue of 2017 as partial of his residency at Harrah’s Las Vegas.
His comedy career soared after finishing second on NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2003, and has had countless comedy specials given on Comedy Central and Netflix.
From there, his career also saw him make appearances on The Wayne Brady Show and The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
Ralphie separate from his wife and associate comedian Lahna Turner back in 2015, after she filed for divorce after 10 years of marriage.
The separate led to a sour control battle over their two kids, 10-year-old daughter Apr Jun and eight-year-old son Aug James.
