VIVIANI: It’s in a can. So there is no peel. San Marzano tomatoes gotta be canned. And nonetheless a lot of people are fanatics of doing tomato salsa with uninformed tomato, we tell you, tomato sauce, it’s a lot improved when it’s finished with canned tomato since we can keep it unchanging via a year.
NEDEDOG: Room heat or cold?
VIVIANI: We’re still articulate about tomato?
VIVIANI: Who cares?
NEDEDOG: People adore tomatoes, they’re asking.
VIVIANI: Yeah, it’s a lot of questions about tomato. Okay. Doesn’t matter. You gotta prepare them anyway. So if we wish to eat a salad with it, they improved be cold. But if we wish to prepare nobody cares. It’s not a cake we don’t have to bake anything with it.
